BIG NEWS AND WHAT IT MEANS FOR YOU!

As we approach the end of the month, I want to announce that In Motion’s time at its’ current location has come to an end.
BUT HAVE NO FEAR.
This is not goodbye!!!
It’s just a move, around the corner, still in Orchard Park.
Having outgrown our space and limiting our training options, we have decided to re-open our private personal training studio in a new space.
Make no doubt about it, we will still be prioritizing our personal and private aspect, where your personal training is by appointment only and there are no members working out during your sessions.
We will however, be expanding our group workout offering! Adding more classes beyond just bootcamps, to fully address a balanced approach to fitness.
Our philosophy will remain the same. Sweat the workout, not your food and body. We stress consistency, so we offer several 30 minute workouts each week, guaranteed to be efficient and effective. This is not a gym you come to so that we can weigh you and pinch your body fat every week, leaving you with a sense of unnecessary anxiety.
💥The most effective workout is the one that you will do and do consistently.
What’s the best way to stay consistent?

We pride ourselves on providing an enjoyable and beneficial experience for your body and your mindset.
Our trainers are experienced, knowledgeable, passionate and available to give you their one on one attention, today. Don’t wait until the holidays are over to take care of yourself.

IT IS ALWAYS A GOOD DAY TO TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF.

That being said, let’s talk about what it means for you and announce some options for you to have the content and support we can provide!

For roughly $200, you have 3 options depending on your needs.

1. UNLIMITED GROUP WORKOUTS UNTIL NEXT YEAR!!!! 
This is for you if:
▪️You like a small group environment
▪️The support and energy from sweating with others
▪️30 minute fast, effective workouts
▪️Different workout every time
▪️Working out to music
▪️The times work for your schedule
▪️You are generally healthy (no major doctor restrictions for workouts)
▪️No cancellation policy to worry about
▪️Advanced scheduling not needed (though preferred)

Yup. One price valid for any group workout November 1 until December 31, 2018. Don’t let the holiday hustle and bustle give you a reason to ditch your consistency. Just 30 minutes with us will help keep you in the routine of sweating, a plus for you both physically and mentally. Oh and did I mention… THEY ARE FUN???

2. ONE ON ONE PERSONAL TRAINING

This is for you if:
▪️You prefer one on one attention
▪️You are most comfortable face to face, in a private environment
▪️You want to tackle your specific challenges
▪️You have doctor restrictions
▪️You enjoy variety in your workouts
▪️You work best with appointment accountability
▪️You need a little more flexible timing for scheduling
▪️You have specific fitness goals
▪️Advanced scheduling is your forte

STARTER SIX PACK – (6) 30 min sessions for $210

3. ONLINE FITNESS: 4 WEEK SWEAT SESH

This is for you if:
▪️You do not live near In Motion Fitness
▪️You have a hectic schedule and prefer to workout at your convenience
▪️You have gym access or some equipment at home (dumbbells, bands, nothing major)
▪️You would enjoy a weekly call to incorporate mindset and nutrition for optimal wellness
▪️You enjoy support and communication with others as well as access to me for Q and A.
▪️Look forward to workouts with digital explanation of exercises
▪️Variety of fast, effective workouts

$200 – 4 weeks of workouts (with video explanation) PLUS a weekly 60 minute group call as well as private fb group for participants!
Starting November 5 until November 28
Open to 8 clients.

And remember, this does NOT have to the time of year that your food and fitness get pushed aside. It also doesn’t have to take up too much of your precious time. And it absolutely doesn’t mean you have to put things on hold and start over after New Year’s.

Trust me on ONE thing… it is much easier to stay in shape or keep your routine than to START OVER. Even if it’s only after a couple weeks or a couple months.
