In Motion Fitness was created by Lisa Marie, in 2012, and prides itself on being a clean, safe, and professional private training facility in the village of Orchard Park, New York. There are no memberships or contracts at In Motion Fitness and we ensure privacy to all training clients. A Few Of Our Policies...

24 hour cancellation notice

  • Any cancellations or rescheduling of sessions must be done more than 24 hours in advance of your scheduled session.
  • All clients are required to keep a credit card on file which will only be charged in the event of a late cancellation.

Clean Sneakers

  • Out of respect to training clients and their workout facility, all clients are asked to please bring a clean pair of sneakers to change into before their training session.

Group Fitness Sign-up

  • Clients are asked to give the courtesy of a text ahead of time (same day notice is plenty) if they plan on attending a group class. No shows for classes are not subject to a cancellation fee and if you forget to sign up, you can still attend. This notice is just appreciated for planning purposes.
